November 1, 2016 - New Haven, Conn. — The South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority (RWA) is partnering with Dollar Energy Fund to offer a new program aimed at assisting low-income customers in the RWA’s service territory pay their water bills.

The project’s focus had to be environmental education, particularly about water.
